Just completed the historic YES + DSN on skype with you both. The course was a complete roller coaster !! Conducting it online just shows the freedom in spirituality. Nothing limits spirituality n knowledge. The virtual presence of you both didnt really make the knowledge less interesting. In spite of the lost internet connections that we had, we actually didnt loose the connection :)
Most important thing i realized that i have more potential within me than i can ever imagine at any point of time in my life. Thats confirmed!! While doing every session I realized a different ME!! The course is so well structured.. Congrats to u guys!
Yes + DSN is one of the best courses offered by Yes+ !!! No doubt!
P.S - Padmasadhana is so much FUN ! :) I realized that I can just glide from one asana into another with ease....
